I actually did the math. I have sat along someone and have listened to their story over ten thousand times in my office. This is how my life has been blessed. I am a listener. It’s an intimacy that very few will ever have the opportunity to experience.
When I was young and new in my career, I was told to talk about my knowledge, my credentials, my licenses and my connections to impress potential clients. That’s stupid. It’s not about me. It’s about you.
Here is how I would engage you during a conversation. You talk and I would listen and I ask questions.
If you’ve Googled me, you already know me; and since you already know me, why would I waste your time talking about myself. Instead, I’ll listen to you.
I would like your permission to join your journey. Our team is hired to make lives whole, to heal past mistakes and to dream toward the possibilities in your future. You already know what you need to do. Press the “Start Now” button at the top of this page. Let’s get going.

Jennifer Heintz: Administration

Jenn says "your attitude is 99% responsible for the outlook to your days, the outcome of the work you do, and the effects of what you spread with your words". Happily, Jenn found a loving husband who has those same values. Together they try to pass that belief on to their 3 kids. Jenn is humbly proud of her little family and can’t wait to see how they will grow in the future.
Also from the area, Jenn graduated from Luther High School and also graduated Viterbo University with a Bachelor's in Business Administration, with an emphasis in Healthcare Administration. They currently live near Winona and enjoy beautiful drives to town along the river.
When people meet with the team, she hears about families, goals, and interests. Some people share stories they wouldn't normally share. They say "it’s because we're pretty much family here". Jenn couldn't agree more. Seeing our clients and helping them is one of the best parts of her day.
David Wight: Client Advocate

Dave is passionate about helping people feel supported, understood, and confident as they navigate life’s challenges and opportunities. He believes the best relationships are built on trust, honesty, and taking the time to truly listen.
As a veteran, Dave developed a strong appreciation for service, discipline, and putting others first — values that continue to guide both his personal and professional life today. He cares deeply about helping others through difficult situations, celebrating important milestones alongside them and being the person that people can rely on for guidance and support.
Dave received his Finance degree through the College of Business Administration at the University of Wisconsin–La Crosse. He values the opportunity to serve individuals and families, build meaningful relationships, and help people feel more confident and cared for as they move through different stages of life.

Hannah Larson: Media

Hannah has lived in the La Crosse area her entire life. She is a Viterbo University graduate with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration in Marketing. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, relaxing at home, playing board games, or taking walks to rejuvenate.
Now, when people are financially conscious and worrying about their futures, Hannah believes that being part of a team that is easing those worries and helping set people up to be in the comfort space of being okay in their lives, allows her to get up each day and feel good about being part of that impact.
